This has been a horror story. 1) they do not return phone calls 2) stuff is probably coming today was picked up on 8/12 I was told 8-10 days 3) bait and switch on shuttle truck they never checked if The larger truck would fit in either destination prior to pricing. When I complained day of move 8/12 they said escalation department would call me that day. They never called until I made several attempts to reach them two and a half weeks later. I am waiting today for a call back from two days ago when I was told they would call me back in two hours. When I asked sales guy day before move if they could take care of lamps he told me they would just wrap them no problem. Mover said he couldn’t do that and I was charged for them being packed. I would have gone out and bought boxes for lamps.

Our entire moving experience has been horrible with this company. I’ve moved many times and never had such poor communication and poor customer service. The other reviews are correct- the delivery timing is longer than they say, communication is terrible, customer service is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM! At the time of pick up, the driver tried to charge me twice for things I had already paid for (like packing a mirror and TV) and had to call customer service to get that sorted (ie. Confirm I had already paid and that the driver didn’t know how to read his own estimate). They left scratches on the floor and walls of the place we moved out of. After picking up our things, we were told we would have them in 2 weeks in time for our wedding (things on the moving truck needed for the day). Instead, when we called after hearing nothing and our wedding weekend came and went, they said it would be the following Monday or Tuesday. Then Monday and Tuesday came and went and we are now past the window when they said our stuff would be dropped off. Our assigned moving coordinator never called us back when we left voicemails (number always immediately went to voicemail) and then after 3 weeks we were told our moving coordinator changed only after we called to try and get another update on our stuff’s location (not sure when they were going to make us aware of this).
