I have now tried booking this company 4 times. This company has a driver/dispatcher named "Ziggy" who has called me multiple times to handle some of my loads. What he does is, gets a rate confirmation with the pick up and delivery information. Then calls them and tries to backdoor you. The first two times he just went missing after boking the load. The third and fourth time he tried to book my load he asked if I could just "Zelle him so he doesn't have to go through his factoring company". On top of that, when i told the driver I am going to write a bad review and complain to his factoring company, he responds with laughing emojis. His company should be ashamed to have drivers who try and pull such horrible business. 4 times this company has called on my load. Still to this day never ran a load for me. For anyone looking for an honest review, this company is trash and should not be trusted with your freight or business. Google doesn't have an option for zero stars or else i would have given them that rating.
