They canceled our load, and report us to a freight guard when our driver was parked across the street at the truck stop waiting for their load to be ready. Unprofessional, hearting trucking business.

Great group to work alongside of!

Working at Apache has been a great experience. The team is very professional and safety is a top priority. Apache is reliable, and values both its customers and employees.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear in order to trick you into driving for them. Before I even got hired, I asked amber and Amy multiple times on the days that I go to see my kid, will they honor that and work around that schedule. They told me yeah but as soon as I started working there, they had no intention of doing that. Multiple times I went an entire week sometimes almost two weeks without seeing my kid because they would send me on routes that I would get back at 7pm or they would send me on a route that required me to leave at 1 in the morning. I’ve been sent on a route that took longer than the 14 hours you get to work. Another issue is that they will be watching the camera. They can check them whenever they want. The reason I know this is because I was complaining about not being able to prepass the weigh station to and from Michigan, nothing set off the camera, yet Amy brought it up as soon as I got back. The other reason is because I had my manager Jake look at one of the stops in Wisconsin and he was able to see what was in front of me remotely. They promised to give us whatever vacation time we had from the old company since we were all going over to Apache. They had us look at it on the app and confirm that we had the time just to take it away after. I had the time for that one day and when I went to look at my paychecks, the vacation time wasn’t there anymore nor did they pay me out for it. Apparently you can’t have a cb with this company. They even threatened to fire me if they saw it in the truck again. You can’t react to anyone or anything. You have to be a robot. They try to make it seem like they’re going to treat you like family but they’re not. There’s some review that is here that says they get reviews removed and a bunch of other stuff, I asked both Amy and amber and they denied that that person ever worked there. I’m sure they’ll do the same with me. Driver manager is Jake, a couple other drivers there are juvy, Jose(Tony) Lamonte, Hakeem. Wouldn’t know that information if I didn’t work there. Two main apps you’re going to use are quick base and samsara. I’ve helped this company with so many different routes that they needed help with. I helped with the shuttle run which they proceeded to blow up my phone while I was with my kid. And they weren’t even grateful for what I did. Multiple 16 hour shifts. Making sure that the doors are filled. Reporting issues with equipment that no one else could be bothered with. If you still insist on working here and choose to ignore the reviews, do the bare minimum. They don’t care if you break your back to try and stand out. You’re just a number to them. Your time with your family doesn’t matter to them. The job has to get done. You will stay out until it is meanwhile they get to go home at the same time everyday. The only good thing about that company is Jake. He’s a great manager and a great leader. He will step up and go in a truck if needed. It’s unfortunate that the rest of the company isn’t like him. They don’t deserve him.
