I booked a cross-border shipment with Tyler at ATW. Unfortunately, the company did not appear to have sufficient experience handling cross-border loads or customs clearance. The shipment was not properly prepared — the shipper did not have the required customs invoices ready, and the customs broker was unable to clear the load as a result. Our driver waited 5 hours at the shipper due to these issues. Despite the delays being outside of our control, ATW refused to compensate for TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used) and driver detention time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company for cross-border shipments.

Most people in office were good folks. Tractors were decent. Some of the trailers were junk. Good place to use as a stepping stone for newer drivers. Experienced old school drivers will hate it.
