Very unprofessional company. Their communication was unreliable, and they failed to follow through on what was agreed. I was asked to hold my truck, but after that, my calls were ignored and I never received the promised setup. The experience felt misleading and wasted my time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a load with an agent named Seth, and we finalized all the details. Based on his confirmation, I held my truck and turned down other opportunities because he promised to send the Highway setup link. After that, he completely disappeared—no answers to my calls, no callbacks, and no communication. This is extremely unprofessional and shows no respect for carriers' time or business. If they are not committed to honoring their agreements, they should not waste drivers' time. I would strongly recommend other carriers to be cautious before booking with this company.
