Between the poor customer service of dispatchers, the passive response team, the dishonest bidding on loads, constant misinformation given, and drag their feet approach on everything, I'm glad I'm gone. I'm with a company now that makes me wonder if Bolt is going out of business. The way I was let go was the most incredible amount of BS that they could fathom. Will is the only dispatcher that I would communicate with because he knew what he was doing and in a timely fashion. The fleet owner I drove for was a cool dude.

Stay away from them, especially aguy from safety department called Jim. He is very rude and unprofessional person. They don't want let fleet owners to grow. The fleet owners are gonna tell you they are hiring team drivers but after you spent 3 days orientation with no pay they will fail one of the team drivers on the road test for no reason. After that, you will ended up paying your expenses for going back to home. Again Stay away from that trap.
