    As a former employee and someone who's been driving for 15+ years, I have to say this is by far the worst company I've ever worked for. They have the owner's daughter working in the Dispatch and she's one of the nastiest people I've ever come across in the industry. Definite mental issues going on there. I don't know why her father isn't put her in a back office somewhere where she doesn't have to communicate with any of the drivers. But even worse, the pay is awful. You do get holiday pay but it's only $45 a day. $45! If you want health insurance, you're going to pay $100 a week and the insurance sucks. Seniority is meaningless at this company. The longer you work there, the worse runs they will give you.

    Complete waste of time dispatch does not care about thier drivers one bit. if you have a layover forget about being paid .it's a complete waste of time you will be paid $5.00 hr

    Poor equipment does not get maintained properly if you ask for something for there trucks they don't have any. Trainers are hardly ever maintained extremely poor equipment,or greased. Dispatch Does not care about you as a driver. All miles Ae Not Paid,low pay,Filthy equipment. Fueling you have to get approval for diesel exhaust fluid,have to use a ESF Check only at pilot truck stops No where Else. Fuelling in PA or NY you can only get 73 gals. No more until the next day

    Trucks are constantly breaking down. They won't let you pump your own Def. The shop has to do it. Because someone was a idiot and poured Def in the diesel tanks.

    Started here February of 2017. It is a regional company, but you can drive a lot of miles. My best week so far was 2800 miles. Most of my loads are drop and hook, with a few love loads and live unloads. Pay is average for the industry. Some of the trailers need to go to the scrap yard. The trucks are very basic (no apu and inverter). In order to stay warm on wi get nights, you have to idle your truck all night long. They say they get you home on the weekends, and they do. Sometimes it's Friday and sometimes Saturday. As long as you do your job and don't refuse any loads they give you, they will get you home on the day you ask.
