    Whoever put the review about not micromanaging and being pushed hasn't been there very long. To many times I was pushed out onto loads while I was in shop status even though I was propt up in a chair trying to sleep during my 10 hr break not getting the rest I needed due to them having to work on the truck that took 6 hrs to do a PM. Then when it came to asking for shippers (Teva) to load early due to a nasty snow storm coming in they flat out refused to contact the shipper because it wasn't a concern for them only to be told by customer they would have loaded us early by a couple days. Constantly sending you into bad weather areas in winter and when you raise concern about it they just say are you refusing to do the load and will then threaten you with not getting the guarantee pay. This is a 100% honest review and they sent out a message asking us to give them 5 stars but can't even begin to tell you how many of the drivers left due to them being verbally harassed or treated like straight dirt. If it's DOD your looking for go to tri state they pay $2500 but Boyle thinks they are superior to them …..not even close

    I am a current employee and I have to laugh at the fake reviews from people trying to put this company down I've worked for several trucking companies i have to say this is hands down the best company to work for. They don't micromanage they don't push you its laid back environment and the pay is wonderful im not out chasing miles I don't mind taking it slow there is no reason to my pay is always there the same They have more benefits then other companies

    The only positive thing I can say about this company is the time off. Im sure past employees could get together and form a survivors support group. You don't realize how mental draining this job is until you are away from it! Its like they plan their "missions" using kindergarteners that eat crayons.

    What's there to say that hasn't already been said. There is no communication between any departmental this company. They talk a big game about communicating with operations but what's the point. You tell one person your situation and 3 more ask you wha t s going on as opposed to one dispatcher relaying it to the others. The equipment is a joke. The have had us go pickup trailers that should have never been at customers in the first place.

    10 years OTR and 6 years teaming . 3 years with Boyle. All the boxes get checked for pay and hometime. Medical isnt fabulous. Get your Dispatch and go. Emails and messages and policies are annoying but welcome to technology. I would think there would be a way to simplify. It seems newer to the road teams feel Undervalued because of the low recognition found in this industry. Favorites are picked for higher loads. Usually those who are lenient with on duty time. But remember cameras always know and track. DOT always trumps policy and deadlines. Other than just come secure a check for a year or more. Definitely beats crst and other team companies. There is a bit more professional feel for those who like standards but for the old school drivers we just know .. get the load take care of the truck and report issues . Then on to the next one Keep your wheels on the road and apply for a better Predictability of road and home life

    My wife and I have been with Boyle Transportation for a little over 5 years now. I have 30 years of otr experience. My wife has 6 years otr and many years prior in charter busses and school busses. We plan on staying here until we retire. Equipment is well maintained. The pay is excellent. They prefer quality over quantity. We average 3500-4000 miles a week to the truck. Plenty of time to enjoy life while still earning a paycheck.
