    I've been driving for this company for a long time and drivers are treated like family. They know drivers by name not just a number. They don't just talk about culture they live it. A big improvement is the equipment and the maintenance shop keeps the equipment well maintained.

    Stay away, it's all bad!! Dispatch is terrible, they take good care of about 10 drivers, the rest are just canon fodder. 14 ton18 hrs in sleeper berth cuase they cannot manage the loads properly. Safety departments a joke. This is the worst company I've ever worked for in my entire life. They're also in violation of so many fmcsa regs it's a miracle They're still in buisness.

    Wouldn't pay money I earned while working. Dispatchers and fleet managers had no respect for drivers. Ron and Jeff would ignore driver requests.
