    Carvana is a great place to have a driving career. They offer a great salary with regular increases. The medical benefits are paid by Carvana and there are many opportunities to excel in this company. They even offer to pay for their loaders to get their CDL A after 6 months of employment.

    I've been with Carvana for a year now. Overall, experience has been good. Steady flow of work. Training is one week at your nearest inspection center. Usually out of state. Duties are relatively easy. Days could be DOT maximum
