    Charger Logistics has been a truly decent place to work so far. They keep me busy, and paychecks have been punctual. The facility is fairly new, which is a nice change from my previous company. There have been a few minor issues here and there with scheduling and dispatch, but nothing major. Management seems to care about the drivers, which you don't always find in this industry. Overall, a solid company that values safety and well-kept vehicles.

    The Dispatch his think I work like machine it doesn't have any family. Every stop you stop five to seven hours the dispatch doesn't care for pay charger pay 50 cent or miles

    Stay away from middle eastern company, rude dispatch will call you while you are home to beg you to work, they cheat & lie constantly they have like 7 different company names Aceway Bkfs VRP Baja Freight Charger to evade the IRS & DOT If you work W2 they steal your $ to Pay Indiana truck taxes you fuel at only designated Loves not all Loves just the ones they tell you to fuel
