    Cheema always got me home when I wanted, and always followed through with what they said they would do. Doesn't hurt they run good well maintained equipment. A Co. built for the drivers in my opinion.

    I am with KKW transportation and we reserve 6 spots in your yard and I have the code for drivers lounge which I’ve never visited but was wondering if you have showers available and if so are we allowed to utilize? Thanks

    Great equipment but the miles are not there . There short miles . Here & there 500+ miles. They make you do local load delivery. Trucks are governed at 65 SMH .. some dispatchers are awesome but some are complete idiots .

    Horrible miles, to many stops. 9 stops in 6 days. You will never reach your miles to receive a bonus. Planners are horrible, they are the only one getting a bonus as the drivers get screwed. They need to hire more day cabs. Instead they get OTR to do it. They pay an average of 16 to 19 an hour.

    They hardly get you 2,000 miles a week. OTR driver with seven stops in three days. Average nine stops in five days. I can't even qualify for a bonus because I'm under 10,000 for the month.

    Cheema , leads by example in driver treatment. Work diligently to make sure drivers get the miles and home time they need for life balance. Not always perfect, but communication with each other from customers to operations to driver are the key. Respect and treatment of drivers is what keeps them growing in this market.
