5/5+++ Stars – Exceptional, Door-to-Door Protection and Care I flew from DFW to CLE today on a deeply important, whirlwind round-trip journey to bring my life partner of nearly 30 years, Melvin, home to the VA Cemetery. CLE Royal Limos provided Tony as my driver, and he was an absolute godsend. He picked me up at the CLE Airport, stayed by my side for the entire duration of my time in Cleveland, and shielded me with total protection before safely returning me for my flight home—even securing a curbside wheelchair for me before departing. My daughter is an only child and arranged for Tony to drive me, while my niece kept track of my keys from afar. Tony immediately stepped in as a protective bodyguard, constantly updating my family on my safety and well-being. His presence made me feel the deep connection of a loving "village" watching over me during a highly emotional day. He treated me with immense honor, shared wonderful conversations, and even sent my daughter a heartwarming text full of prayers after dropping me off. Tony turned a tough emotional journey into an amazing, uplifting experience. I am forever grateful for his safety, kindness, and beautiful spirit.
