"One of the brokers from this company posted a load for VV. I called and said that we have a truck 40 miles away with a vented trailer ready now. After he verified the MC #, without any explanation, he started insulting me and claiming that we wanted to send a truck without vents. This happened on 9/21/2024 at 12:30 CST. I urge the owner of the company to pay attention to this person. Is it acceptable to insult someone just because they called to take a load? This is nonsense. I have never encountered such audacity, incompetence, and lack of professionalism from a broker."

This company will not punish drivers nor pay damages when there are hit and runs if there are no casualties. A Veteran's car was damaged in Virginia on an on ramp by a Trucker's tires. They refuse to pay damages even though there was photo evidence and a police report. They are willfully causing hardship to innocent people because they don't want to own up to their driver's mistakes. I do NOT recommend this company.

CT Transportation is the best! Glenda and Stacy are our favorite drivers, and I specifically request CT to transport my daughter multiple times a week! They even checked in on her when she was hospitalized because they genuinely care! 100% would recommend!!!

Truckers from this company will carelessly sideswipe commuter cars (in this case, one containing a disabled veteran), committing a hit and run while denying any liability. Avoid this company (and especially their truckers, they are dangerous). Edit: Ah, yes, if the insurance company deems it didn't happen, it didn't happen. You know, the people who hoard money and let people die because coverage is "not feasible". This also implies that when you hit people with only your tire, it's perfectly okay. Why not have your trucker man up and admit fault?

Drivers should know that it’s illegal to park in a handicap spot! The white car from this company parked partly in the handicap spot and the truck who had a placard couldn’t fully park in the spot which causes safety issues!

Let me express after dealing with Western for 10 plus years, these guy’s are great to deal with from there office staff, drivers and service all around a great company!

Don't waste your time with their phony CDL training! I signed up and barely got any training at all. Don was a nice guy—notice I said 'was'—because he left me with the biggest jerk, the regional manager! This guy was a total pain and ended up letting me go since he didn't have time to train me. After that, I decided to go to a real truck driving school and got my CDLA license there. I even tried reaching out to Don, but he never called me back. So seriously, steer clear of these guys for your CDL training—it's just a total joke!

Thanksgiving is a special day to count our blessings but I thank God all the time for CT Transportation. They have been our daughter’s provider for about 10 years. Carmen is speech & hearing impaired and has physical disabilities too. She is unable to tell us if there is a problem with her ride so CT has been very understanding of our concerns. Because of Carmen’s garbled speech she doesn’t have a lot of friends. Her drivers have become some of her dearest friends. They truly care about Carmen. Glenda, Julie and Stacey are extra special but there have been others along the way. There are always going to be glitches in the system… drivers, schedulers and clients have stresses we can’t even imagine. Traffic, weather and time frames are a nightmare. Dena and Tory have been so good to us too. They are stuck in the middle but try to please everyone. It’s a tough job! We really appreciate them. Thank you, CT Transportation. You all are dear to us.
