Terrible service. Kept leaving piles of packages outside our office buildings while still closed, leaving them exposed to foot traffic and the elements. Many items are expensive or sensitive, being research institutions. Called customer service and kept getting transferred until the last person just dropped the call when asking if it is policy to leave packages like that.

Accessible, cheap gasoline

AWFUL. This is the company Staples in Cumming, GA uses. They lied about orders, they lied about attempted deliveries (when I proved them wrong, they changed it to "driver ran out of time"). HORRID. Use another company if you respect your clients or your packages. EDIT: The missed the delivery AGAIN claiming the "truck broke down". I called and the woman that answered was extremely rude and said I just need to "forget about it" and "what am I supposed to do, I'm sitting in a cubicle" and SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! AWFUL COMPANY!!

Unloading was significantly delayed. I arrived for an 11:00 AM appointment and checked in at 9:45 AM, but there was no one available at receiving upon arrival. The unloading process was not completed until 2:00 PM. The dock area has limited space for maneuvering, as several cars were parked in front of the bays, making backing in a bit challenging. Washroom facilities are available, but no overnight parking is permitted on-site. Overall, the experience could be improved with better coordination and dock access management.

worst location to deliver the load ..To tight spot to back in because of cars parked at front and no body moves even after requesting alot..I cme in around 10 am here nd still here

I dropped off a load the night before and they didn't receive it until almost noon the next day.

This company has never once delivered my package on schedule. Misfits Market has used this company for deliveries for the past few months and ever since then my orders either come in late with everything beat up, or it doesn’t come in. If you are a company looking for a courier to do your deliveries, this is not the one.
