First thing is this company does not care about its drivers. I was on dedicated account and the dispatchers are rude and unprofessional. I have so much to say but I'll shorten it as best as I can. Pay started off well and fell off the longer I was there. Always on time never late but some how I was treated as a number and given less miles more and more. Your constantly bothered with calls from safety because their equipment is bad the inside cameras and their tablets. I needed a new tablet 4xs because they kept going out and the inside camera would say I wasn't wearing my seatbelt when I was wearing my seatbelt, or fatigue driving 20min into my route or would power off during my routes. Your given a 3 cent raise if your a safe driver but it doesn't take much for them to take it away from you. Your governed at 65mph so get use to getting cut off or yelled at on your routes and the tablet will take you down roads not available for semi trucks. I went through 4 dispatchers in 6mths and don't expect them to answer you when you need help. The pay is set up to confuse you. They will pay you a percentage of your route you're on when the week is over then deduct it from your next weeks check instead of just paying you for the miles you ran. Lastly I tried to be professional and let them no I was leaving at first they offered to let me drop the truck off in my state then they switched it an wouldn't allow me to drop the truck in my state, instead they had me drop it off over 400 miles from my state and told me they would get me a bus ticket. I informed them I had to much with me to get on a bus they told me it was nothing they can do and I had to figure it out. This was very frustrating because they literally have people that fly around to different states to pick up trucks that's their job but it wasn't anything they could do for me. I now understand why drivers go home take all of their belongings out then quit it makes so much sense now!

Low pay. As an experienced driver with a clean record they offered me Minimum Wage to attend a 3-4 day orientation. I passed and went with another Carrier that pays $300 per day orientation plus a $5,000 hiring bonus.

Their dispatchers have attitudes; they don't listen to what you have to say; want a day off - good luck - no response - no day off even when the request is made in advance; the pay isn't good at all; not contacted when delivery has been changed. home-time frequency - not good. I don't re
