I believe whenever someone uses a car transportation company it's their due diligence to write a review, so here I am. I recently booked crc through Sherpa Transport to move my car from Atlanta to LA. The price of this move was approximately 1500 and only 100 lbs of items are allowed in the trunk. I did not encounter any bait and switch techniques and the price stayed the same. Sherpa's delivery date was a bit different and unbelievable. Sherpa stated the car would be picked up either Monday or Tuesday and delivered earliest Thursday latest Friday of that week. My car was picked up Tuesday but delivered Tuesday of the following week. When I picked up the car, there was no damage albeit incredibly dirty. So why not 5 stars? Poor planning. My car was supposed to come Monday. The driver texted me that afternoon asking if I wanted to come by Figueroa St to pick up my car since he was also delivering in that location. I said no because it was a 40 minute drive from me in downtown LA, also they advertise door to door delivery. Having to drive 40 min + away to pickup your car isn't really supporting that. I did not mind having to drive 15-20 min but 40 min is too much. I then asked the driver when my car would get delivered Monday and I was ignored the whole day. He only reached out to me near night time apologizing for the lack of communication and informed me he had decided to go to Long Beach instead to pick up some cars. He said he would deliver it Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning came and he texted me around 8:30 am and told me he would deliver the car to the location I asked for in an hour. This location was 10 minutes from me very convenient for pickup. I texted the driver telling him I would be there in 30 min, walked 30 min to the location, and still did not receive a message from him when I got there. He then called me and told me he could not deliver the car. The police had stopped him in Carson which was over an hour away from me. He had been transporting an excessive amount of cars and was above the legal limit. He informed me my car was supposed to be delivered Monday but he decided not to cause it was easier for him and Tuesday morning my car wasn't supposed to be on his truck and he got caught. Now the issue was that the police wouldn't let him leave, he was stopped in a weight station ion the highway in Carson, CA. My only options were to have him drive my vehicle to me and then drop him off back at the weight station or to come pickup my vehicle. Obviously chose the second option to avoid having him possibly crash my car and to avoid having to now take another 2 hours out of my day to drop him off, which is not my responsibility. Again my car was supposed to be picked up around 9:30am. I did not have anyone available to take me and an uber this far would cost me about $100. I had to wait for my parent to come, who was at work, and they picked me up. We drove around the highway for quite some time looking for my vehicle as shown in the videos below. I ended up picking the car up around 12 and it took around another hour to get back home. The service was ultimately not good. If you book through them, I would prepare for an inconvenience, please make sure you have the whole day available for pickup and someone with a car to potentially help you pickup the car from long distances. Also do not expect compensation when this company makes a mistake. I understand I booked through Sherpa but communication between carriers and brokers is very poor, I picked up my car Tuesday and it is now Saturday and nothing has been done to remedy this situation. Companies are no longer honest when they mess up but still expect full price. Best of luck to future customers!

We ship 500+ cars every year, i rarely have a bad experience with a big business. We should've stopped to moment we noticied they were Georgian but went ahead anyways. These guys will book your load, post it on a broker board and stop answering your calls. We've already reported them to the DOT and MC. We had a random driver show up 3 days late and demand over double what was agreed upon. We ended up paying the broker via zelle, who then blocked our number and refused to pay the driver. Now we have to pay the driver and lose what we paid to the broker. Do yourself a favor and don't use them.

Booked a load, cancelled it last minute then brokered off to 3 other brokers. A random driver pulled up and asked for $2000 more. Took me 2 hours to go through 3 different broker companies to find out these guys had no intention of delivering. These guys are scammers, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. We've already filed suit and reported their MC and DOT numbers. I've shipped hundreds of cars and have never had such a shady experience.

Very helpful company!! Needed to ship my daughter’s car and Gigi, Angel and the rest of the team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and worked with us on all of our needs. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to ship a vehicle anywhere in the country.
