    Won't hire drivers that has a past transgression even tho it has been over 5 years since that event. I literally live IN the city of some of their biggest customers. I have nearly 8.5 years experience and OVER ONE MILLION SAFE MILES, yet something that was a one time occurrence over 5.5 years ago somehow makes me a "bad" driver!!
