    Alright so I'm not going to co.pletely bash the company. I am going to tell you from what I've experienced and heard from other drivers while here. If you are a company driver I suggest staying that way while you drive for Dart. If you want to own your own truck I will highly suggest running far away unless you are young, single, and do not care about money by any means. The company drivers I talked to ranged around $1,200 a week and home biweekly. Not a bad gig if you ask me on that part. Now as for lease/purchase? I have been here only a few months and I am turning my truck back in. I told them multiple times I can not get the mileage I need at 62 mph and it needs to be turned up a bit. They quote 9K miles per month to have cash in your pocket. Most I ranged without going home was a little over 8K non stop running. That would put me at driving 75 hours in a 5 day period before the outrageous costs come out. The trucks are fair priced by themselves. A total including balloon payment would have come out to around $38K. My camera has not worked the entire time I've been here with numerous trips to the shop to get it fixed with numerous safety holds due to it. I'm punished for something out of my control? I don't even want the thing. They micromanage like crazy on the safety side forcing dispatch to give you the bare minimum. You will always get stuck at places without any detention if you are not backed into a dock. If you break down for any reason, including something that you mentioned should be fixed you will not get breakdown pay. They will give you trailer breakdown though, even for inspections. Which a lot of the trailers need work or inspections done to them. If you want PC forget about it. They won't give you that even though you're paying more than you would for your house per week as you would per month. Want to track your money down? Hang that up too. They will send you all over the place and you still will not find it. If you request home time even for holidays or once in a lifetime ordeal schedule for two days before you need to be home. If not you'll never make it. There are some west coast runs here and there so don't think you're staying east coast 24/7. I went in for a PM after my grace period for maintenance was over and they started finally fixing everything I would call in about and then some. So that put me over $3K in the hole even with my maintenance account covering $1,300 of it. Most of my miles were under 1K miles per trip. Truck payment comes out every single time you settle for payment no matter if it's due or not. I have had two months now where I went hoke with less than $200 in my pocket. Yes this is for the entire month. Now do they accept that they were in the wrong? Of course not. It was all my fault when I ran my time our every single day with the peddle to the floor as much as possible. It is mileage pay which mije personally come out to $1.17 per mile. Now for the bright sides? You can bring a pet and they will deduct from your pay weekly to pay the $500 one time deposit. You can get a $40 advance wach day. Kind of low I know, but it does help when you need it. No forced fuel stops. Passenger policy is free. They will listen to you about your time left and somewhat work around it. If you want to try recap they will keep you moving. Just keep track on how much you will get back. If you want a reset they will mostly get you a load to sit under or a short run beforehand. The trucks run farely well from what I've seen even if the issues. They are automatic but pull like a beast. They will keep you around your home time zone in a t pattern. So if it's not your time zone you will be a straight shot either east or west. Other than what I have said I can't tell much more for the time I've been here.
