We booked the first and last load with this company. We agreed on the rate, the load was picked up and delivered on time with clean BOLs, and during the entire trip nobody ever mentioned any mandatory tracking requirement or asked for anything extra. Then, 2 months later, we received a short pay deduction of $330 for alleged “non-tracking.” During the whole load, I never received a single call, email, or message informing me that tracking was mandatory. They simply deducted the money without any prior notification. What makes this even more suspicious is that the deducted amount was exactly the same $330 that I originally requested as additional pay when booking the load. In the end, they basically took the money back later so the load moved at their original rate from the beginning. The broker’s name is Jeffrey Aranguren. This company is now on our DNU list, and we are posting all screenshots and proof publicly so other carriers can see how they do business and avoid the same situation.
