Avoid Echo Express at all costs! Their dispatcher instructed me to arrive three hours before my scheduled appointment but then refused to provide the BOL when I got there, claiming I was too early. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary confusion and frustration. Even the shipper was taken aback when I explained I had no paperwork. This company clearly lacks organization and communication skills. Save yourself the headache and choose a different carrier.

Worked with Anna at Echo Express to sign up. She was very patient and responsive. I have been working with them for 9 months. It has been a good experience, so far, with Echo Express, same as I had with Anna while onboarding
