They give freight guard reports for nothing

Bad after-hours support. DO NOT BOOK loads with this broker if you want to avoid having your truck stuck for 3–5 days. Our experience was very poor, and the lack of after-hours assistance caused significant delays. They also refused to compensate us for the downtime and inconvenience.

I booked a load for a good rate. We had a problem with the delivery appointment. The broker Nathaniel Cantin did his best and he solved the problem. I had a good experience working with Elberta Logistics LLC and Nathaniel Cantin.

I needed a large package overnighted from California to Tokyo, and Lee Howard was able to deliver without any hiccups. Kudos to him for being professional, communicative, and willing to help. Thanks Lee!

Please don't book a loads from these "broker" what they call them selfe. When they ned to pay a lumper they never pickup the phone. When they screw up the driver weekend and let your driver sit at the receiver for 8 hours - they don't want to talk to you and they keep transferring you to some extensions where is going to the voicemail

If only I could give them a 0, they did not approved 10hrs detention because they never sent me tracking even when I asked them to re send it a couple times. It sounds to me they knew all along I'll have to be there waiting and they just pretended not to see my emails requesting tracking. Shame.

We had a tentative load during valentines day season and while we wanted to make it work the numbers just didnt make sense.

low rates - if you are a shipper and are booking with them - they pay thier carrier less than a dollar a mile and find different reasons to deduct payments. They try to cover 1200 miles loads for 800 dollars- 44000 lbs. horrible company

All the bad reviews are accurate. I was about to write about my own experience working with this broker, especially with Nathaniel, but it turns out my experience is the same as what other carriers have already had to go through. No communication and no compensation for 2 wasted days.

Great broker. I work with Brad Webb and him and his team are awesome to work with.
