    Only way they are in business is illegal immigrants propping them up. If you're American don't even waste your time driving for them. I am finishing my last few loads with them Before I look for new companies. They hope you'll work for 70 cents a mile or less.

    THERE IS A SMALL GROUP OF DISPATCHERS WHO MAKE THE LIVES OF OWNER OPERATORS MISERABLE. They'd rather not give you the load, let Empire National not make money, and let the driver not make money than pay what's fair. The driver and the owner-operator are the ones who pay for absolutely everything and they do the job, Empire and the dispatchers run no risk and pay for absolutely nothing, they are inconsiderate, opportunistic parasites, without ethics or respect for Owner operators.

    Thoughtful company. I'm home almost every day, depending on my HOS. I like the dispatch, always on top of everything, and the Safety as long as you are putting all the information into Motive and going by their policies.

    Great company. Im home when i want to be with good time and they take care of their trucks. Dispatchers are nice too which is a plus. The routes are dedicated from NC to CA and IL.

    The dispatchers are the worst,,the company policy states wherever bid that I put in is the bid they suppose to put in,But the dispatchers tell you whoever got the best rate ,so now that leave the dispatchers leave a bidding war with the drivers and they say they checking which us driver know they seeing who got the lowest bid, they came back and say the broker say this is a high rate or its to high,,that is not how it works.im been driving trucks for years,,its the fact that the dispatchers are greedy so they can put more money in their pockets and the HR department know what going on and don't say nothing,they act like the drivers don't have families and no expensive or over head..
