    Drove for Wylie for a year. Typical mega B.S they had horrible zone dispatch when I was there but I've heard they got rid of that. Trucks are slow but they have apu and no driver facing camera. Pay wasn't great 61cpm and $75 tarp. Overall OK but they will run you into the ground if you let them.

    Inconsistent miles, dumpster fire office support. Every trucking company lies to get drivers in seats. Wylie carries it into everyday operations. Edge protectors... cut up straps or find mudflaps on truck stop lot mentality. Break down pay after 24 hours, expect to have issues with trailers. It's a training company that has micro managed itself to a stand still.

    It's rough to be a new driver here, however that seems to be the case with most carriers. E.W. Wylie is owned by TFI, which owns almost half of all of the flatbed carriers in the US. They are grouped in with companies like Boyd, Lonestar, Central Oregon and Smokey Point.

    Worked for this company about roughly 17yrs ago.They had an entire fleet of Macks back them and ole Carl used to keep them tip top.Shout out to yesteryear ..Bob,Wayne,Carl,and Shelly GODBLESS yall wherever you are these days Pat Bishop, truck 1202 was my last truck at Wylie man time flies and those were the days.After almost 4yrs. they would never give me a shot at becoming a wind turbine and blade hauler,shortly after, one of the girls lost the wind contract,the company was sold and I stopped getting fair miles so I bounced.Still,overall,I have to give the experience 8 out of 10.I really liked Wylie and "hated" I had to leave.

    Management does not care about their employees. They do not value loyalty or strong work ethic. You must be a "yes man/woman" without any morals or integrity, as you will consistently be forced to lie to carriers and customers. Run, don't walk, as far away as possible from this mockery of an employer. Don't waste years of your life, they will burn you without a second thought if you don't fall in line.

    I am the #1 driver I earn 1800-2000 a week if you know how to drive ie can keep it on the road, have the courage to chain up and drive in the rockies, handle freezing fog, black ice, and freezing temps of Fargo, dont complain, and work hard and maintain equipment, know how to tarp secure w DOT regulations its awesome
