Great company , excellent work. Some projects may take longer than others but not companies fault. They can only do what city or county wants at that time. The crews are very polite and do there best to accommodate families in the neighborhood. Not to mention clean and efficient .

Your crew in Fairlawn has been so kind and considerate. They are out working hard every day. They stop to let people get where they need to or wave to a child watching them.

Shaker Heights selected Fabrizi because they were lowest bid contractor for an SSO project here. It couldn't have been because of their reviews. Service is consistent with all the other one-star comments (rude employees, leaving garbage, random road closings, blocked driveways, trucks on lawns, trucks breaking sidewalks, decimation of tree roots, allowing storm sewers to be clogged with construction debris, dust clouds from unsecured piles). Fabrizi initially claimed they could auger bore to save trees here and they failed almost immediately. It seems every time they run into an obstacle they propose killing trees as a solution.

The Fabrizi guys have been doing a big project in Seven Hills for the last couple of months on our street. All of the men are super friendly and caring. My daughter would have to walk to the bus stop and Mike the excavator driver would make sure she was taken care of every day!! Awesome crew!!!

They shattered my car window while demolishing a sidewalk only 15-20 feet away. They denied it outright and offered nothing to compensate for the damage they did.

Their drivers are insane and will try to drive you off the road. I saw one blow a solid red light in Bedford. One day one of these people will kill someone with how they drive.

Great company to work with have worked with them for two years

Lazy, disorganized, and absolutely rude. Work on route 20 in Geneva was supposed to last 18 months, started early 2024 and we're far from the end. The company arbitrarily closes the road wherever they feel like closing it with no warnings for the people who live in the area who have to detour 5 miles to go half a mile away. I walk to work, not everyone can. Workers are constantly standing there, I've never seen anyone of them with a tool in their hands, unless is one of the women who's constantly on her phone. Drivers are reckless driving at high speed in the neighborhood were children play. Looking at their work, nobody could believe this is a construction company and not a total joke. They dug up holes, filled them up and dug them up again 2 or 3 times. Here a suggestion, do it right the first time. Update, we're mid 2026, they're finally covering the road, no traffic signs, no warnings, just 2 guys at the end of the road, hundreds of yards away, trying to tell people where to go by waving their arms. When you thought they couldn't get any more ridiculous, just not to say anything else.

Unacceptable for anyone driving a truck that big and heavy to be tailgating in traffic

Hope they construct better than they drive.......
