    Stay away from FAK logistics and broker Tim Atkinson. Very rude and unfair broker.

    They give freight guard to carriers for no reason. Stay away from them.

    Horrible experience. I don't recommend using them as they will freight guard you if you breakdown in transit.

    We would greatly appreciate if you look into a person called Tim. Very rude and unfair broker. He only cares about his benefit ignoring any work ethics. This person can’t be representing FAK logistics. It’s a shame that there are multiple other reviews about this person from 4 years ago and no action has been taken. The mentioned above is still doing the same thing and keeping upper management as it seems happy whilst providing the worst service and attitude towards customers and carriers.

    Very poor experience and highly unprofessional. They have deducted 200$ for 4 hours being late on FCFS location. First time saw a broker who is deducting money $50/hr for being late that too on FCFS location.When we already informed him about the ETA as well. I am sure as i saw a review when it time to pay the detention they take 7 days to get it approved. but deduct the money with in 2 hours of driver being empty.Stay away from TIM ATKINSTON the broker From FAK.
