Fleet Transportation LLC

We used Fleet Transportation for my mother’s 58th birthday celebration in Washington, D.C., and I truly cannot say enough about the experience. My mom has since called it her best birthday ever, and Tiffany W. played such an important role in making the entire evening as memorable, enjoyable, and stress-free as it was. From the very beginning, Tiffany was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to make sure every detail of our evening was addressed and even offered recommendations for places we might enjoy visiting while in the city. Her upbeat personality, friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help immediately gave us confidence that we were in good hands. She didn’t make us feel like just another reservation—she made us feel like our celebration mattered. And then there was Emmanuel, our driver, who truly helped bring the entire experience together. He provided top-tier service from beginning to end. He was prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, attentive, and an incredibly skilled driver. Anyone familiar with navigating Washington, D.C., knows how busy and stressful the city can be, so having Emmanuel behind the wheel allowed all of us to simply relax, enjoy one another, take in the city, and focus completely on celebrating my mom. We didn’t have to worry about traffic, directions, parking, or coordinating multiple vehicles—and that alone made the night flow so seamlessly. When someone you love tells you afterward that it was the best birthday she has ever had, you remember all the people who helped make that possible. For our family, Tiffany and Emmanuel are absolutely part of that memory. Thank you both for helping us give my mom a 58th birthday she—and the rest of us—will never forget. I would most certainly use Fleet Transportation again for future celebrations and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for professional service with a genuinely personal touch.

My daughter just got married yesterday! We used fleet transportation for all of our guests as well as the Bride and Groom to get around Washington DC. Service was exceptional. They arrived early and the 4 drivers for each vehicle were so accommodating. Fleet was so easy to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your transportation needs. Thank you for making my families special day less stressful.

just groovy

We booked a 14-passenger van with Fleet Transportation for our wedding day, and they were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they were highly communicative, reliable, and affordable, which gave us one less thing to worry about on such a big day. A special shoutout to Martin, our driver, who was punctual, professional, and so friendly—he truly helped keep everything running smoothly. I can’t recommend Fleet Transportation enough for anyone looking for dependable service and a great experience!

Fleet Transportation goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Working with David was an absolute pleasure. From my very first inquiry through the entire reservation process, he was responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in finding the best solution for our group. Although we ultimately had to book with another company because we needed a larger fleet for our date, David still went above and beyond to try to accommodate us and offer helpful alternatives. That level of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about how they do business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fleet Transportation and would gladly work with them in the future.

Overall, professional and seamless service throughout. We hired both vans and minibuses, and everything ran smoothly. The team was accommodating, professional, and easy to work with on the day. Even with last-minute schedule changes and extensions late into the night, they remained flexible and helpful, ensuring everything continued without issue.

Excellent service! Price was reasonable and driver was punctual and friendly.

Fleet was so incredible to work with for my friend’s Bachelorette. They offer very reasonable pricing and the booking process is easy. Our driver, Martin, was the BEST! He went out of his way to make sure we were all having fun and put up with our crazy music/singing the entire time :) we had a great experience with fleet and would definitely recommend them!
