    Pay is at the bottom compared to other tanker companys. You wont get major holidays off, nor an entire weekend.

    Very toxic environment. Pensacola manager is a very disgusting person. Not very good at her job and has no boundaries,has no problem hanging out on personal time with married drivers.

    Florida Rock and tank is just a company to get your two year experience. It's a complete joke. The equipment is barely in working condition. The pay is one of the lowest out there. You have to keep track of your loads in a notebook because they always try to short you on your check. Communication is non existent.
