    If you need a place to work, if you get right out of school, come here, they will put you to work and the communication is pretty good. The pay is excellent and when you go out with a trainer they're pretty good and they would not let you go out by yourself till you're 100% confident you can do it and if you need more training just ask and they will then let you go out with someone again
