If you want to be paid 26% of a load and also never receive a pay raise and when you ask about a pay raise, you are told when the load pays more that your pay raise and bring home 500-700 a week then this is the company for you. They haul #### drywall loads and run load board bottom barrel loads. Drivers are treated like trash by upper management. The only thing good about this place is the dispatcher in west branch she is amazing.

I drove their crap equipment for some time. After I left I had issues finding employment. I later found out they filed a false report of leaving the scene of an accident on my Hireright /DAC report which I am currently disputing. Four Star - reviews go both ways and I am not done!

The company needs to be investigated for payroll fraud. No detention pay. No breakdown pay. Forced dispatch. Will deadhead you 100 to 250 miles for a load. Bottom of the barrel pay at 26%. Take home pay ranges from 500 to 900 dollars a week. No fridges or microwave in most trucks. Forget ever getting a safety bonus.

Where to begin, it is a regional 5 day a week flatbed company. There are many complaints that can be made such as the company giving false rates to their drivers ("26% of load pay" but they are skimming off the top before even calculating that rate), they keep most of the tarping pay despite the vast majority of loads being tarped loads, they fire competent office staff and replace them with incompetent ones because "they work cheaper." Mismanagement at top is systemic to problems seen in terminals, vis-a-vis owner engaging in screaming matches with pretty much everyone and promoting someone who has been fired from every position they had in the company to terminal manager of most productive terminal after he screwed over the original most productive terminal. Company is bleeding, losing their best drivers and replacing them with fresh-out-of-school drivers despite the company's experience requirements i.e. 2 years OTR. Another point of contention is that 2 of the three terminals are not even on legal truck routes, especially the West Branch terminal which is on a seasonal class 2 truck route. Company does not pay for scaling, permits, fuel outside of Pilot, (though if you have to get fuel you can get 24 gallons and submit the receipt and hope you get reimbursed...you will not). Company fails to maintain professional decorum and rewards/punishes based on personal relationships. Attempting to contact anyone at corporate can be a nightmare, whether it is safety, payroll or HR. Finally, while maintaining a decent-sized maintenance department in all three terminals, getting repairs made on trucks is like dealing with the V.A., you will be waiting for a long time before they do anything.
