Es sumamente preocupante la negligencia demostrada por este chofer. Conducía a exceso de velocidad, utilizando el paseo para adelantar, tirando el camión encima de otros vehículos y tocando la bocina de manera insistente para obligar a los demás conductores a moverse de su camino. Este tipo de conducta pone en riesgo la vida de muchas personas inocentes. Dios los cuide y permita que nunca ocurra una tragedia por la imprudencia de un conductor. De igual manera, exhorto a la compañía responsable a ser más cuidadosa con las personas que contrata para manejar vehículos de esta magnitud. Una negligencia en la carretera puede costar vidas.

Viví una experiencia horrible con esta compañía de mudanzas de principio a fin. Una estrella es mucho para ellos, no se la merecen. El trato del personal es totalmente inaceptable y carece de la más mínima educación. Para empezar, el chofer del camión tuvo una actitud grosera e irrespetuosa: literalmente me ignoraba en la cara mientras le hablaba y seguía caminando como si nada, una falta de profesionalismo increíble. Por si fuera poco, no llevaron cajas suficientes para la mudanza y tampoco buscaron la manera de conseguir o llevar más, dejándome a mi suerte con el problema. Para rematar, la atención al cliente es igual de nefasta; la secretaria me prometió que me devolvería la llamada para solucionar la situación y jamás se dignó a marcar. Me hicieron pasar un momento malísimo y muy estresante en un día que ya de por sí es pesado. No los recomiendo para nada. ¡Poco profesionales y cero empatía con el cliente!

Only positive is that the people who came were friendly, and worked fast. On the other hand, $1500 worth of items never made it to the destination, and conveniently happened to be 2 items that were listed as packed into their own boxes(were in their own original boxes, not a brown box) with all the movement and items going through the door, most likely never made it into any of the actual sealed crates and would have required someone posted at every corner from house-truck to make sure. Military, civilian, anyone who uses them, while they may be the best option out of the very few that exist in PR, I recommend bringing as many trusted people to help you keep tabs on your household goods and MAKE SURE THEY SEAL IT IN FRONT OF YOU. Also make sure when you go to receive, check that the seals are still in place.

Garcia Trucking told me they'd be able to pack up and move all my household goods in one day. The day of the "appointment" I woke at 7 to be prepared with coffee and breakfast for the crew when they arrived at 8. I took the day off from work, natirally. At 10 am I called to enquire where they were, when they'd arrive. The polite dispatch woman teturned my call at 2:30 pm to ask if I'd be available tomorrow, because the crew had gotten busy at another location, insisting that my move the following day would be their "highest priority."

Si pudiera comentar sin dar la estrella lo haría. Parece que esta compañía contrata persona negligente. No toman las debidas precauciones. Guian a la prisa y no siguen las leyes de tránsito.

Not surprised at all by these reviews. Driver was very reckless on the highway, speeding, wanting to cut everyone and even honking at senior citizens who were going slow on the right lane. Horrible.

Cuidado con esta compañía si eres militar, hacen pésimo inventario y de 6 cajas solo llegaron 4, que casualidad que la caja que tenía 20mil dólares en herramientas no haya llegado y ahora no quieren resolver. Cuidado! Pésimo servicio.

Los peores en mudanzas. Empacaron todo sin protección y todo llego roto.

They managed to lose track of my entire shipment for months and gave the transportation manager the run around. Wouldn't answer my emails, rude on the phone, overall acted like it was MY fault that they lost my stuff. Even the packing of my items was terribly done, one of the guys just threw items haphazardly together and wrapped it up. Nothing was properly inventoried and I had to fight them to put the correct condition on the paper. I didn't notice they broke my nightstand while trying to move it and put down that it was already broken. The bar is low for moving companies but they managed to sink below even that.
