Horrible service. Last night after requested road service for a . Love's spoke to company owner, got verbal and email authentication. They don't show up to the road service, once called them to see what's going on that they didn't show up. 1st they say technician canceled it because he couldn't get a hold me (. No missed calls on my phone at all) . They they tell me that they couldn't get authorization from the company owner and he didn't respond to email . call history on owner's phone shows the calls , and the owner has email proof of authorization that he authorized it. And now they have another excuse, telling the owner that they need payment upfront before going out on a road call thats why. Their road service is a joke bunch of bullshit artists.
