They are the worst. I wish that there was another transportation service. Because paratransit is horrible.so sad and they do not care.when you call to complain nothing is never done. They should be held accountable for what they do. I talked to my lawyer and he said that I do have a case.I am going to sue

This service is real close to a lawsuit. I’ve had so many bad experiences from the ramp getting stuck to terrible drivers with bad attitudes.

Cant ask for better school

This Paratranist service is atrocious. I can’t drive right now due to epilepsy. I schedule my rides at 4:30pm, which is when I get off of work, and I often don’t get picked up until 5:15pm or 5:30pm. I get home at 6:15! That is totally unacceptable. I’ve had drivers tell me that the scheduling company isn’t in Cleveland, so they don’t know the city and that’s why the pickups and dropoffs aren’t near each other. Get it together!

The rta is good for me especially since I cant drive (epilepsy) but the rapid (train) there seats smell so bad !!!!!!!!💯 I be so upset, cuz they be making my clothes smell so soo sooo soooooo bad! I PRAY 🙏🏽 GOD BLESSES THEM WITH GOOD HELP WHO CAN CLEAN THEM UP OR GOD HELP THEM BUY NEW ONES !!!!🙏🏽💯✌🏾also I buy a month every month (epilepsy, doc said I cant drive) AMEN.AMEN AND AMEN!!!!🙏🏽💯✌🏾

I have had so many terrible experiences on RTA paratransit, I get off work at 5 I get home at seven they add on people while enroute to take me home then I'm the last one to get home. They have had drivers bypass my street to take some one way away from my street They need to let people schedule because a computer doing it is terrible. But you have to wait so long, but they want that 275 I have called in complaints and they have totally been ignored. I should not be getting home pass 615 it is terrible and when I call some of the dispatcher are nasty they don't care for senior with disability and the buses be over crowded.

IT'S NOW 5:39 PM MAY 11,2025 SUNDAY. ROCK HALL OF FAME MY MOTHER HAD TO CALL ATLEAST 2-3 TIMES ABOUT THE TIME OF HER PICK UP I NOTICE A DRIVER (PARATRANSIT) PASSING BY THE ROCK HALL OF FAME I THEN RAN OUTSIDE TO CATCH UP WITH THE DRIVER WHICH I DID!!! FLAG DOWN AND ASK IF HE WERE PICKING UP THE SIMS FAMILY...HE SAID YES, I SAID WHY WERE YOU GOING THE OTHER WAY!! HIS REPLY I KNOW WHERE IT AT... SEEM TO ME THAT DRIVER WAS GOING TO LEAVE US!! IF I HAD NOT FLAG HIM DOWN!!! REALLY!!!!

My mother was standing outside her job in a TERRIBLE neighborhood waiting on RTA Paratransit. She made her reservation on Monday November 18th, 2024 for a Wednesday November 20th, 2024 pickup. Their phone service was DOWN. This is very unprofessional and this should not happen. She called finally after numerous trys and they never called her back. I will be speaking with management about this matter and taking further action.
