    Unethical practices. Have to "lick boots" just to keep your self liked. They WILL BLACKLIST YOU FROM OTHER COMPANIES. So, you'll need to go outside of their reach. Again. Unethical practices are being conducted here.

    Don't waste your time.I am a no nonsense Don't screw around driver and this is a sinking ship.My driver manager was laid off along with some office staff and closed a couple terminals.Driver pay has been cut along with any bonuses.You will make more money for some shady dryvan company than driving around hazmat tankers for them.That is a fact.They have to keep hiring drivers for the loads they do have because drivers are quiting left and right.Only reason I am still here is just need a little bit more for a decent down payment on my own truck.So why am I writing this because I just came back from hometime delivered a load today Wednesday and have to sit till Friday for my next load.YOU WILL NOT GET MILES HERE.

    This company is a joke, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY if you consider yourself to be tactful and professional. As others have stated the so call trainers will sell you out to management. They lull you in through training up in Enid and try to put on a good impression but home terminals are something else. There are no true managers, no true professionals, this company just hires to fire people in order to meet a quota. Reasons for termination are not given, pretty much he/say she say reasoning with no qualifying substance. A complete waste of time. Look elsewhere. They're going through serious managerial issues from the Houston terminal up to Tulsa. It's bad when a driver tells you that you may be making more with training pay than you will regularly. They hire you for so called chemical regional and otr runs but have you train on local refined and bio runs with unprofessional and rude drivers, especially the Houston location. They spend more on their image online. This is a high school level company as it pertains to professionalism in this industry. Being kind, tactful, and cordial will get you nowhere. You are just a number. There are managers in the Houston location that text like drunken high school retards. Management in the Houston location that is inexperienced and constant reorganization of management roles. This company has no structure and is trash. Stay away if you are a serious individual that takes the profession and yourself seriously. You have ugly 44 yr old women at the Houston location that have worked for this company for all of 2 years that think they know it all. I didn't even realize that the majority of there work force are people FRESH out of cdl school. I'll end it there. Trash company through and through. It's almost funny to watch people lie about how much they make or think $2000 bi weekly or whatever lil money they make is worth the bs. These people need a wake up call in all honesty. Just DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, even if you're just interested in coming to get Tanker and Haz experience.
