6 mont,hs at heyl......southeast regional ,will be leaving this week due to the absolute disrespect my driver manager shows me, always blaming me before actually checking the facts, calking me a liar on the phone but refuses to put it on the truck tablet, talking down to me, pretty much telling me my daughter's health doesn't matter, punishing me for speaking back by having me sit 2 days before making a 400 mike run...ive been driving trucks since 2005 and have had bad dispatchers, but this guy whose name has a t and a j in it ..he by far is the worst excuse for a power tripping, disrespectful act ive ever encountered, have asked to get new driver manager and been told NO , so im now making my move out....beware of southeast regional dm t .......j....

South east regional....if you like 500 mile runs ,but have sit 1 or 2 dats before you can deliver, or if you like it when your dm calls you a liar and constantly reminds you of how stupid you are and how smart he ....being dm name starts with a t and ends with j or if you like being absolutely forced or be fired to only do split sleep or getting a total of 1100 miles aweek southeast is for you...if you like doing a 33 and not a 34 reset , if you like fighting for detention or layover pay even after being yhere 11 years...well southeast regional is for you

Forget it unless your desperate..i worked here 6years,however due to changes in south east regional im making this my last week here..south east regional...mandatory split sleep full 10 not allowed, 34 rest will be done on the road, power tripping driver manager name starts with T..lives for his dispatch bonus and will lie , laugh in your face on the phone, make threats if you disagree with him, get you log violation each week, southbound regional mandatory 12 to 14 days out ...hometime is 10 hrs (if lucky)at home regardless of what time you get home, im only getting started. If you go and do south east region....watch out for driver manager .....starts with a T....he is bad news...talk to other south drivers ask them who are still here about driver manager ....starts with a T

The pay was good at the beginning then it went down hill. I was there longer then 4 years and it was crazy. I had to work for my home time something 2 months or 3 months to be able to afford home time, a few times 4 months. If you work that long they will let you go home for up to a week max. Some managers didn't care about you, safety definitely didn't care about you or your pay, just safety videos. They have a new bonus where you have to hit around 11k or 12k miles a month not sure which exactly. You were lucky to hit 10k. Shop not bad, but if you get called into it mid sleep at 6am they dont care, DM will say to do it, screw your sleep time. Work on your truck for 12 hrs and then you your load picks up that same night, if you dont leave it screws up your whole week. They tell you to get close to delivery and when you do your next load aint ready till next day or 15hrs after you complete delivery. If you complain they will help you a few days or weeks then it all starts over again. Multiple 34's in a week some times. Favoritism of drivers, bad loads for you, great loads for others. 1 driver told me he easily hits 12k-13k miles a month. Some DM's want to help but can't, my DM was good and left me alone but couldn't help me cause load planners make the loads and they screw a lot of drivers over. There are some DM that are bad, and rude. Its a hit and a miss with this company, if you give it your all they will probably screw you over. Kiss a** and they may also screw you over, sometimes. THEY WILL ABABDON YOU IF YOU PUT A 2 WEEKS NOTICE IN. live in Florida, drop you truck off in Iowa find your own way home, and vise versa. No notice or anything forget about you and find your own way home. They do not care about your problems. Dont even bother with a 2 weeks notice drop it at your closest yard empty it at home and fly home or get rental if you live far. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Just an absolute embarrassment. Maybe it's time you guys call it quits. Micromanaging, bullying, long load times, untrained individuals working on trucks. You should be ashamed of yourselves

You have to wait hours to get loaded or unloaded and not get compensation for it. You do everything right professionally and when you make a little mistake they make you feel like crap, your moral goes down the crapper

Absolutely terrible...ive been here since 2017 but im now going elsewhere in a month...they have totally destroyed a once grest vompany...now its a driver managers power tripping company with Absolutely no csre for the driver, no more miles ,sitting 2 days on a 400 mile run ,treat southeast regionsl Absolutely terrible, no pay raises .59 cpm...keeping you out not to run but only n9t to get home. Mandatory split sleeper, no 10hr...a safety dept that lives bu what a you tube vid or their silly computer tells them...not the reality of driving in the real world...i could add a ton more but i woll let you come and experience it for yourself...good luck
