This is by far the best company that I have ever worked for I have 4 and a 1/2 years of experience in all regions of trucking and the bosses and supervisors at this company are amazing. The safety is great. The only people that have problems with the inward and outward facing cameras. Are the ones that are doing things they should not The pay is absolutely amazing for the amount of work that I do.I truly am relieved about this job.And I will retire at this company

The things that I have to say about my experience, don't come without provisions! First, you need to be sure that you have enough money to cover any expenses you might need until your payday. They only have a $100/wk advance and it doesn't get you far when you're buying all your own meals! Second, they don't have any way of you getting around from the hotel to get you food or the store or anything else that you might need. Thirdly, you could possibly get a email that says you only need to bring a week of clothes and stuff for laundry, that's UNTRUE and they could even say well "Someone DID tell you" and in my case as well as another person who is here that IS NOT TRUE!! So if you follow all of that you should be fine. But I thought I would be fine, come to find out I can't get a ride to go get my advance from the truck stop 4mi away and they take a fee to, so you don't really get $100 and then they don't want to let me go home and get my stuff for the truck and I HAVE NEVER HAD A CO NOT INSTRUCT ME TO BRING MY TRUCK ITEMS is not professional!!! I have proof of this in the email btw, and if you want to it's on your dime now!! So just don't believe everything, cover yourself NO MATTER WHAT, and make SURE you've got enough money in case!!!! And you might have a good experience. But I am not. I also had to wait a exceptional long time for my orientation pay. What is concerning about this is, if they don't have me at my most vulnerable, what would it be down the road?!!

This is my first trucking job and I'm still enjoying it 4 months in! Yeah the home time is a bit rough, some weeks I only get 34-44 hours. As long as you put in the work and keep your wheels moving they will do the same and keep loads coming! (On system fleet - OTR) Dispatch/Managers aren't horrible, as long as you are doing the work they leave you alone. Pet policy is a huge perk! Love having my dog with me! It's like any other work place, you have good days and bad days, but overall I enjoy coming to work!

I worked in Zanesville, OH doing the dollar general account it was my first job. I lived the work and drive time. Pay was decent overall compared to most companies but labor wise should be paid about 1,000 more a week. No body in there right mind unloaded a trailer 45,000 pounds for 125 bucks should have been 300 a trailer. No driver here should take home less than 2,200 a week doing that labor. Dispatch was good but they got bad by not adding my extra miles and load sweep stops. I was promised 7,500 sign on but never got it. Drew did sorta attempt to fix the pay issue. Normally it was correct didnt have issues till i had a different dispatcher every two days. The equipment needs to get way better but loved the 150 a day break down pay then drive make more money. Loved when they had me do target loads and save alot made bank on that and they un loaded the truck. I got free boots and water here. Wish some of the place we went had better setups but over all it was a decent place. I would work here agian.

Been dedicated with company 7 months. Started with dirty truck that had a few issues which had been "detailed" week prior but loaned to a driver, safety triangles were missing and antenna broke off. So far 1 to 1 1/2 trips a week from N. Dakota to Illinois and surrounding states. Not always going to make what they say at orientation but waiting for the year anniversary to see if it averages out to $72,000/yr. May be a problem during winter to get fuel additive in bulk because they haven't reimbursed me for $150 worth that I purchase at the same rate they pay per bottle for. (That's 2 cases of additive and 2 gallons of oil). (Update ) After a phone call I received the reimbursements. Because of weather this year so far, only managing 1 trip a week. Average weekly pay take home is $700-800. I do have the most expensive health coverage and insurance with retirement savings deducted as well due to my age. Deductions usually in the $400 range. *update - lytx cameras are installed and very sensitive, can not jocky around at all in off duty, still not receiving paystubs and/or settlement sheets on regular basis, and have to check this week but I don't believe I've received all the hire bonus due to this point. Will update. 04-30-19 cameras installed, experienced drivers as well as inexperienced will have to call in EVERY DAY for COACHING - we know why this will happen people - 4 wheelers. Also the update to 65 mph causes us to loose the ability to idle even with cruise on, with the ECU you could freeze to death in winter. Cruise still set at 64 so peddle to the metal for 65. No longer sure this is the company for me.

Takes for ever for a check engine light, 12 hours, seriously? If your gonna keep drivers here for 12 hours, provide a quiet room for drivers to rest. See if we are there over 10 hours our driver managers are going to want us to drive our full 11 and 14. So if you try to rest in the breakroom, it's not going to happen, then you have the repair people coming in and out, slamming doors, turning on lights and using vending machines. Don't get me wrong, they need a break, but dont expect a driver to drive his 11 and 14 after they been there for 12 hours. It is not a 10 hour rest! The help is Union at this establishment, so expect to be here for hours! Go to Lebanon, Mo. Fulton, Mo. or Springfield, Mo., those places work for a living.
