    What ever you do don't get hurt with Howard Sheppard because they will find a reason to let you go I was rated at 85 % out of the company with safety had never been wrote up or warned for any safety related issues because I hurt my back they found a issue with my speed in a truck stop and let me go with no warning or write up I mean they had a driver run thru a railroad crossing that was down and a train coming and that driver still has his job they also don't pay that well
