Worse experience after cruising try to take a bus to hotel the company make you wait 30 minutes on the ground and another 30 minutes inside the bus. And they charge 3 times more than the uber. Do not try this company as a business.

Came off shi and was approached by this company for a ride to Fort Lauderdale, said that bus was leaving right away. They had us sitting for almost an hour. They are not forthright with anything they say. They value profit over customer service. Furthermore, they ended trying to squeeze more people into the van than the van can hold. I strongly recommend using Uber or Lift over this dishonest business. Don't recommend, especially if you have a flight to catch before 1

My experience with this company at the Miami Cruise Port was absolutely horrible. Their prices are higher than Uber. I was told we would be leaving right away. But instead I was placed on the bus and sat for over 35 minutes while they attempted to fill the vehicle to maximum capacity and beyond. I am 5'10, my husband 6'3 so we were sitting sideways on the row when we were asking to move over for 2 other passengers. There was no where for our legs to go, no room for anyone else to fit. I was told by staff to purchase additional seats even though it was only 2 of us. I found this to be absolutely absurd, and inconvenient. The staff was not properly prepared for the large crowds and situations and you would think they should be accustomed to dealing with the rapid pace of movement when a cruise disembarks and people are scrambling for transportation. I will never travels by these means again.

Very chaotic! Was told bus was leaving in 5 minutes but was more like 20 minutes later! Squeezed people in like sardines! Rude would not use again! Take an Uber instead!
