Worst dispatchers ever, disrespectful and careless. Will never use them again.

The service from the gentleman who helped us was so-so. They loaded us quickly; I think we were lucky. The floor conditions are bad, but compared to other places, this one is much, much better, haha. I recommend that you carefully read about the type of container the Hotshots will be loading because we got one with two side doors that weighed 3,000 pounds more than what we've loaded before. The weight was more on the right side, and the load was unbalanced, but we couldn't do anything because it was already loaded. So, from my own experience, read very carefully. It puts more strain on the tires, and the fuel runs out faster. God bless you, fellow truckers!
