J&J Express Services LLC

I had a flat tire. J & J Express serving towing truck came to my rescue. Thank you so much!

Had the pleasure of being towed this morning by Richard of J&J Express Services via AAA membership. Professional and knew what he was doing and was successful in getting my car to Mears automotive with care. Thanks again and have a Blessed Day 🙏🏾.

Very informative about when they would be there, also driver was polite.

Very professional and on time.

Can't say enough good things about the service we received! They were polite, fast and professional. Our vehicle was treated with kid gloves, and was picked up and dropped off very carefully.

Great service !

I was shocked how quickly service arrived. I actually wasn't ready outside so the gentleman found my door and knocked after i missed his phone calls, i understand he didn't have to seek me out and i was so grateful he did after experiences of being left when i couldn't be easily located. He quickly loaded me up and listened to the directions and details that were important to me and was so pleasant to work with. Thank you for making what should naturally be a stressful situation an efficient and good experience. If i need a tow again i hope u guys show up! Thanks!

The driver was very polite, patient and I appreciate that very much. My car was damaged in an accident, and it didn’t take long at all after I phoned for the retrieval of my car.

Brad was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Having issues with your vehicle can be frustrating and he helped put us at ease. Thank you Brad and JJ Towing for being professional, highly recommend!

Quick, professional and most importantly communicated efficiently!
