    Low pay heavy work load. Bad equipment. Yard sucked. When you quit they will meet you in the yard and ##### at you. You will only get half your last check

    I have around 18 years in this industry. I am new to jat at this point.But I so far can't say anything that's bad. But I do think that this place is only good for confident and experienced drivers. There's no hand holding and the work is steady so far.So with that said if you need training wheels move on . At least in my opinion.

    Been working for JAT for 4 years I've had no problems with them. Pay for OTR is good and I'm home every weekend get weeks off when I ask for them and everyone treats me with respect. So I'm not sure what's going on with these bad reviews.

    They suck as brokers scum bags , They hire multiple carriers for 1 load and never answer the phone or call you and tell you ,hey i found another carrier " . They let you drive to the shipping location waste youre time/money fuel to find out you're load has been taken by who knows ??? 1:30 prior to appointment.." WTF"!!!
