    We had a rare mix-up where the rate confirmation ended up in our spam folder, so our dispatcher thought the load was canceled. The broker had sent it and was expecting our truck, but we never showed — causing headaches for both the shipper and broker. Thankfully, Grant Bork listened to our side, understood it was a human mistake, and helped us resolve the situation. We truly appreciate his professionalism and hope to work together again in the future. If there’s ever anything they need from us, we’re an Illinois-based heavy haul carrier and they can count on our help anytime. Thanks again, Grant.
