    Home time determined on how long you would like to run and be back home. The equipment is well maintained as long as you are taking good care of the equipment then the equipment will take very good care of you. The pay is phenomenal! Weekly miles are based on your diligence. The loads are picked between you and the dispatcher.

    I got a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia, I can manage my own time but usually stay at home 4 to 5 days in a month, if you live an an are that's easy to get good ratings for the loads you can spend much more time at home. I run about 2500 yo 3k mikes a week doing Dry Van, and the pay depends on the rates and the time you wanna drive. If you want to make money you have to put your effort like everywhere else.

    I've been working with this company for more than 3 years and my only complaint is why I didn't start sooner. No hidden charges and every one treat me with respect. Dispatch is awesome and keeps me busy until I want to go home (I'm an O/O). Great company to work for !! 10 out of 10 will recommend
