I lose 30+ minutes of my day due to how slow their service is, usually will only have one clerk that can help and if the lines starts piling up, I hope you like waiting because they won't get another clerk to help with the line. Does not respect their own times. Will show up at 930am when they are supposed to be "open" and they don't show up until 30 minutes LATER. On top of increasing fees and going exclusive with western Union. I now HAVE to pay cash. Do not recommend, go somewhere else.

This remittance office have gone so bad now! I will give it a credit it was better before like yrs ago. Dont expect them to call you back or return any of your concern even they say they will get back to you. Thay dont even follow your instructions and request when you avail their service. Dont put yourself regreting using their service.

They don’t how to treat a customer and the attender was to rude as well.I am never gonna visit over their again

Vancouver branch permanently closed end of Dec. 2022. So, it is very inconvenient for people who want to send money overseas now. On the bright side, I heard that the management is looking for another location in Vancouver. Just have to wait if and when that will materialize.
