I'm an owner operator with the company and couldn't be happier they do what they say no surprises... The dispatchers I work with are great and put in the effort to get us the best paying freight available... The maintenance department is exceptional this is a great place to work as an owner operator... lease operator or employee I did both the lease and now owner operator I've spoken to company drivers that are very happy as well... All departments that I have contacted with are professional and very friendly.. they are there to assist never get the feeling that you're bothering highly recommend this company... What a difference from where I was at before. . This company values it drivers!!!!

Hello, to the entire staff at McCarrier. My personal experience wasn't bad.. Ian was awesome!!!! when he said he was going to do something he got the job done.. Thank you Ian.. My dispatcher was cool as heck Aldo u did your job with my miles... Did we agree on everything heck no! But u was was a man of your word and I thank you for that. Overnight I just didn't understand half the stuff u guys said for the most part everything worked it self out.. The two lady in safety Christina was cool just need to repeat things correctly, I should've spoke to Angie myself. A driver with A+ cross the board and always passed my inspection with DOT for you to go in there and start the conversation out with oh she failed the trl never saying anything about me passing my truck inspection until I said something blows my mind clearly yo azz is not for driver's . Alyssa stay the way you are very kind and sweet and you know your stuff thank you for helping with any questions I had...Thank you McCarrier for the opportunity Oh yeah and I left my truck super clean, NOT lIke I received it....Get that department all the way together when handing the keys over to a new driver. Employees seem nice. Company so far has give my husband the miles we need . The only thing I noticed so far is the yard is too small to handle all employee cars and trucks that are there
