    These people sound miserable and pathetic on the phone. Why are you guys so aggressive over the phone? Not professional at all. Highly disappointed.

    They left my mother at her appointment for 3+ hours, never came to pick her up, she missed part/stop 2 of her trip, which was getting a test done at the hospital, because they never picked her up from the Dr. The Dr office paid Lyft to come take her home because they would have been closed by the time the driver got there, if they even showed up. Filed a complaint with the insurance against them. Avoid them unless you want to be stranded. It wasn't today. It was Friday.
