BE CAREFUL BOOKING LOADS WITH THIS COMPANY. Very shady broker. Booked a load going to Lexington KY one hour out I called the receiver to tell them my eta and they told me I need to go to Somerset KY. I already had a load booked from Lexington KY and I told the broker. No one had any idea where this load was going until I called the receiver. They agreed to the charges and turned back and put a freightguard on me for agreed charges.

I was an owner operator with them for a year until my truck broke down. They were good folks to deal with. Never gave me a problem. The staff was friendly. Trailer rental was very reasonable. Took em awhile to get my escrow back but they did return it. Overall i would recommend them to anyone looking to lease their truck into an authority.

WARNING!!!!!!! As an owner operator this is the worst company to sign on with settlements have never been right . Take money from the drivers pockets and Mooresville office as no clue on what there doing ... LEASE SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS U WANT TO DEAL WITH MONEY NOT BEING RIGHT EVERY WEEK .. ALL DRIVERS I HAVE SPOKEN WITH SAY THE SAME THING.AND A LOT OF BROKERS WON’T USE MEDALLION SO TOU ARE LIMITED TO THE LOADS TOU HAVE TO CHOOSE FROM.. ITS JUST NOT A GOOD COMPANY IF YOU R TRY N TO MAKE A LIVING.. AND A TRUCK PAYMENT .. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS ITS A HASSLE..

Medallion Transport is a great company hands down best experience I had with an OTR company. All problems I have had were resolved in a professional and timely manner.
