    I've been with MID Group for 4 months and I'd give them a 9 out of 10. Good company and I'm happy here. The only thing I don't like is sending videos and pictures of the truck and trailer every week. It gets annoying, but other than that, everything is good. Anytime you need help, day or night, somebody answers.

    I've been working with Mid Group as an owner-operator, and honestly, this is one of the better companies I've dealt with in trucking. Mid Group is based out of Hammond, Indiana, and they really understand owner-operators. They give you the tools to actually make money - steady freight options, fast communication, same-day pay, and a team that answers when you need help. Dispatch is easy to work with, and they don't treat drivers like numbers. If there is a problem on the road, safety, maintenance, or office staff actually try to help instead of leaving you alone. Another big thing is that Mid Group knows owner-operators have real expenses, trucks to maintain, and families to take care of. The company gives you freedom to work, but also support when you need it. Free trailer options, help with paperwork, and a professional office team make a big difference. Also, like any good company, Mid Group's name has been copied or imitated by other people opening companies with similar names.     Been leased on here a few months now. Owner op running dry van. Same day pay is real, not talk. Dispatch answers the phone anytime, even nights. Low escrow and low commission was big for me. Money depends on how hard you run, but the loads are there.
