Local , but also sends you 3-4 hours away in Indiana or Ohio during the week , long work days , supervisor calls you in for small reasons and threatens your job title . Put in two week notice and supervisor calls you in just to not allow you to finish the two weeks . They force long hours sometimes , you have to look out for yourself the company doesn't have consideration towards the drivers. overall it's alright company . But definitely have its cons

The company is a revolving door the general manager and Almir talk to you like you are beneath them, they both have no respect for any one this includes drivers and employees of the shop, they stop paying holiday pay their insurance is garbage and they have no 401 k. And when you ask for a raise they tell you to hit the road your not worth a raise, the co is being run by two clowns who don't have a clue how to treat people or respect them, they have cut corners to save pennies it's a #### show a clown show and I can see this place not surviving long term!

If you enjoy having a life outside of work, do not join this company. You'll do 65-70 hours in 5 days and they'll still want you to come in on the 6th day because you still have 4-5 hours left. They don't care about anything but getting the job done. It doesn't matter if you're out of hours or if your equipment breaks down as long as it still "works". There's no 401k and no holiday pay.

I really enjoy working for Midwest, everyone i ever talk to is always very polite, we are paid very fairly and competitively and they have many different types of work to choose from, Local, regional, dedicated lanes and OTR. ive done a bit of all of these, currently an OTR driver. I couldnt be happier with how ive been treated by this company.

Kasim is the best guy to talk to he talks to you with respect and any concerns you may have. Amir will talk down to you and make you feel worthless he has no respect for anyone and he's always right and you are always wrong, there is no reasoning with this man. He might have money but he lacks people skills respect is earned and respect goes both ways, when you treat your employees like they are disposable you'll always have a company with a revolving door
