Charles Chapman is the delivery driver to the business I work for. He's very courteous, fun, engaging and kind. He let's us know when shipments are delayed which is very helpful and makes the best cookies! Thank you Charles!

My package has been on their dock, an hour away, for over 3 weeks. Each week they swear they will put it on a delivery truck and deliver it, but they never do. I've now canceled by order and asked them to return the item to the sender. The people are nice on the phone though.
